[zeromq-dev] [ANNOUNCE] ZeroMQ/2.2.0 stable released

I submitted a push request for the timeouts to the JZMQ repo and it was pulled (today). We should probably recommend doing another release of the Java bindings to be able to take advantage of the new libzmq 2.x feature.
