[zeromq-dev] ROUTER/DEALER ZMQ_TYPE sockopt reports XREP/XREQ

getsockopt(TYPE) on a ROUTER/DEALER socket on libzmq-3 reports that they are
XREP/XREQ respectively, so it is impossible to detect that you actually have
a ROUTER or a DEALER.
