[zeromq-dev] ZeroMQ binding for PHP not working on WAMPSERVER

I want to use the ZMQ library for a PHP project. I have downloaded the files and done a build with visual studio. When I type the pear command to get the pecl extension i get an error that says: ERROR: The DSP zmq.dsp does not exist. Also when I try the windows build from source, at the stage when you do configure --enable-zmq, it says the zmq option is invalid. Please i need urgent help on this
