[zeromq-dev] PHP Binding Issues on Windows

So I've downloaded the Zeromq library and i used Visual Studio to do a build. Now because I program in PHP, i wanted to get the PHP binding. I run a WAMP (bundle) on Windows 7 64-bit. The problem now is, when I try to use the pear install command, it says "ERROR": The DSP zmq.dsp could not be found. And when I tried the windows build from source, i dont seem to get it right. Please can anyone explain to me what i'm doing wrong.
