I have seen in GitHub this patch applied to zmq 4 branch (which I guess 
is the one you called master) but not to zmq 3 branch.
Is it on purpose ? Is there a chance to see it also applied on zmq 3 branch?
Do we have to use the 4.0 development branch if we want this patch 
(which is stated as unstable) ?
