[zeromq-dev] PHP Extension For Windows

Yes I place libzmq.dll in php5.3.8 folder where other dlls are also placed. These dlls are not php extensions. Unless I'm not getting the right path for the runtime libraries correctly. Can you tell me where this could be so I just confirm I'm getting it right.
