I would say the license of the build tool doesn't affect the license of
the built product.
It may not work the other way round. Build system could possibly qualify
as a derivative work, which means it should inherit the LGPL.
In any case, I suggest asking Artem to change the license to LGPL first
to prevent confusion about 0MQ licensing. It shouldn't be a problem as
there are no practical consequences of GPL vs. LGPL for a non-library.
