[zeromq-dev] Salt 0.8.8

I know that many of you may be getting sick of my CONSTANT announcement of
salt releases here, but a lot of ZeroMQ searches have been going to my blog
about ZeroMQ file servers. So what I think people here might be interested
about is that this release of Salt implements a built in, encrypted,
stateless file server.
