[zeromq-dev] [PATCH] Fix incorrect include usage on Windows

Hi Mikko, Mato,

Can you possibly review the patch? If you have no opinion on it, I guess 
we should apply it and see whether it won't cause problems on older 
version of Windows/MSVC/MinGW.
