[zeromq-dev] zeromq input and output plugins for rsyslog

If anyone has any interest - we released zeromq input and output plugins for
rsyslog today.  They are relatively new and there's work to do on them, but
we have them up and running in our lab.  We'd love other people to take a
look and provide us with feedback!
