[zeromq-dev] MSI for pyzmq+libzmq on win64

Hello,

I have added win64 MSI installers for current Pythons (2.7/3.2) to the
pyzmq downloads page (http://zero.mq/py).  There are also eggs on pypi
for easy_install.  The 2.6 installer is c/o Craig Austin and should be
identical to the others, but will report pyzmq version as 2.1dev
instead of 2.1.7.1.

I used the VS-2008 Express+win7sdk instructions/patch from here:

to get x64 libzmq, and followed the Cython x64 instructions from here:
http://wiki.cython.org/64BitCythonExtensionsOnWindows
for pyzmq.
