It would be easier when full software IBoE/RDMAoE implements are present,

improvements and the lifetime of IB is not clear with 10/40/100GigE Ethernet
fabrics available.

I would love to port OpenPGM to IB's multicast verbs but there has been
limited interest and I need some serious help finding the correct hardware.
