[zeromq-dev] Can't enter new entries in Jira

Howdy,

tl/dr: I have a new jira account and I can login and see issues but there's literally nothing in the UI allowing me to enter new bugs.

Longer:
I created an account inn the new jira a couple of days ago (johnm). At the time, I could login but not see anything. :-(

Now, that's fixed so when I log in I can search and browse the issues in the libzmq project (which seems to be the only one of the projects there atm)... But there's nowhere that I can actually enter new bugs.

My jira profile shows that I'm in the "users" group (so I'm guessing that that group is lacking permission to enter bugs but that's just a guess).

Can someone with jira admin tweak this please?
