[zeromq-dev] help mdbroker.c (#include "czmq.h")

hi, i am studying the example mdbroker.c and I want to try but can not find file: czmq.h (#include "czmq.h"). Please, anybody can tell me where i can find this file?

I tried to install czmq (High-level C Binding for ØMQ) but the 'make' I get the following errors:
zsocket.c: In function ‘zsocket_type_str’:
zsocket.c:116: error: ‘ZMQ_XSUB’ undeclared (first use in this function)

i use Ubuntu 10.10.
