Well, you were present at the meeting on Tuesday when Martin asked
explicitly for a written policy on trademarks, and when projects
naming themselves "zeromq" was cited as a cause of confusion.

The text I wrote was a proposal to answer that. Obviously it's a
request for comments, and you're welcome to submit patches to it.

If people would prefer the current situation, it's absolutely fine by
me. I've no desire to annoy Daisuke or other contributors but tbh
seeing announcements like "ZeroMQ 1.0.1 is now ready" are kind of
weird.
