[zeromq-dev] vtcp - TCP port multiplexing layer

Hi all,

As a follow-up to yesteray's discussion on subports, I've created a PoC 
project for TCP port multiplexing layer:

The code is pretty creaky, has no error handling etc., however, the 
basic functionality should work. The "bind" and "connect" applications 
are examples of how vtcp can be used.
