Right. The point is to document the existing protocol rather than making 
the layering perfect. The above grammar deals with that well.

Two comments:

Note that pub/sub message (which map to 'broadcast' message AFAIU) can 
consist of a single frame, which the grammar does not allow for.

Also, the grammar allows for mixing different messaging patterns on a 
single connection, which is not allowed in 0MQ.
