[zeromq-dev] clrzmq - retirement

Hi all,

I would like to propose the retirement of the original clrzmq binding.

This would just involve moving it to a less prominent place in the C#
binding page, probably at the end under the heading of deprecated
binding. Of course the repository would remain available.

This would leave Interop and clrzmq2 as the main and prominent bindings
on the page. 

The rationale for this proposal is the fact that the original clrzmq
binding is no longer actively developed, and is only really serves to
add noise to the binding page and add possible confusion for users.

If anyone has any objections please speak up.
