[zeromq-dev] White Paper detailing termination of ZMQ

Hi Mike,

Martin's on holiday, so I'll answer for him.

This is really nice. What I'd suggest is that you post the text to the
wiki, as a wiki page, with graphics included. This is the format we've
used for all whitepapers so far. You can then attach the PDF as a
download for people who want that.

You should be able to create pages in the doc: area of the wiki. Since
it's a wiki, we like to encourage people to post content, discuss, and
edit, without necessarily going through us.
