[zeromq-dev] [ANNOUNCE] libzmq issue tracking migrated to JIRA

Comments are still messed up in JIRA, and is there anyway I can actually get
an account tied to my existing cases?  I'm listed as "steve-o" but cannot
create an account with that name.
