[zeromq-dev] [PATCH] eventfd implementation of the signaler

Hi all,

This is an Linux-optimised implementation of passing signals between 
threads.

To use it you have to define ZMQ_HAVE_EVENTFD by hand.

Auto-detection of eventfd availability is to be done (I need a help from 
build-system maintainers).
