[zeromq-dev] Multicast option available for windows

Hi Biju,

It's fairly tricky to get multicast working on Windows due to build
issues. We have a commercial package in beta that does this (0MQ +
OpenPGM) which you can evaluate for your project.  Drop me a line if
you want to try this, and we'll set it up.
