[zeromq-dev] [ANN] erlzmq - Erlang bindings to ZeroMQ updated to support 2.1.0

The SMP issue was resolved when Martin implemented 0MQ support for
inter-thread migration of sockets (was that in 0MQ 2.0.1 or 2.1.0?).
