[zeromq-dev] makefile for building only static library and dependencies (libuuid)

I'm working on a project which must run on. various unix platform (different
packaging systems) and we want to build a self-contained executable with all
necessary stuff staticaly linked. So, does a makefile exists  which compiles
zeromq (and it's dependencies) as static libraries ?
