[zeromq-dev] 2.1.0 beta and 2.1.0 HEAD versions

It's my fault. The version number in the trunk should be incremented 
immediately after the release, however, I forgot to do so when releasing 
2.1.0 :(

It's fixed now. The version number in trunk is 2.1.1
