You need Visual Studio 2005 for CE?  I think you need to emulate a tonne of
modern socket APIs  if requiring IP family agnostic functionality which
makes support inconvenient.

I'm pretty sure PGM wont work out of the box, but all the patches required
could probably be found in Apple's multicast DNS responder source code.
