Hi all,

We've finished a round of quite big changes to the zero.mq website.
Review and comments would be welcome:

* http://www.zeromq.org/docs:source-git - no longer discusses
releases, just how to get and build the source git.

* http://www.zeromq.org/docs:contributing - now covers the pull
request process so other 0MQ projects may point to this page. Still
explains the format-patch process for 0MQ core.

* http://www.zeromq.org/docs:release-gits - explains how to create a
release git, and how to make a release. We used this process for
2.1.1.

* http://www.zeromq.org/topics:release-process - summarizes why we
broke off 2.1 into a separate git (and will do the same for 2.0).

The use of multiple async repositories may be controversial but both
Sustrik and myself agree on the why and how.

My underlying motivation in pushing these changes is to compress our
release cycles so we can produce new official stable versions faster
than before, while not breaking slower cycles on older stable
versions.
