OK, a few people on IRC have approved the look & feel... it's using
the "0MQ Neocortex Red" theme somewhat toned down.

Mikko and I have gotten the process automated along with daily builds,
so it'll rebuild any part of the API site if there's a changed man
page. The whole thing is still new, so please do criticize the look
and feel, navigation, etc. This is a primary reference for 0MQ users,
it needs to be reasonably perfect.

If there's no complaints from anyone in a few days we can take this
site public and replace the old one.
