[zeromq-dev] PGM Support for ARM

HI,

I am trying to build zero MQ library for ARM target board, I am able to build the zero MQ library but when I am trying to enable the -with-pgm support I am getting following error:
./configure failed for foreign/openpgm/build-stage/openpgm/pgm.

Can any one suggest what is going wrong here, and what can be the solution.
