[zeromq-dev] Where are the zhelpers.h and zhelpers.hpp files?

I am reading the Guide and trying some of the examples. unfortunately,
I cannot find the zhelpers.h and zhelpers.hpp files that are needed
for some of the examples.

Where can I find them?
