[zeromq-dev] Salt 0.9.0 is out

I am excited to announce the release of Salt 0.9.0! This brings many more
features as well as some more new 0MQ additions to Salt.

I also want to mention that I have been working hard on bringing the lessons
learned in adding encryption to Salt  to 0MQ as a whole. But a lot of work
is still left!

about 0MQ!
