I added a new question, this time to stackoverflow for identifying the
source address.

During writing the question I came up with some additional RFCs pointing out
flaws in RFC 3484 sorting and possible solutions.  None of the solutions are
remotely timely and are extremely unlikely to be applied to present or past
systems.
