FYI, unfortunately while this patch fixes the int vs. _int64 issue, it does
not fix a framing issue that is occurring with OpenPGM.

 When I send single frame messages, they're coming across just fine.  As
soon as I send a multipart message (i.e. specify ZMQ_SNDMORE for at least
one part), those parts are garbled.

I am debugging further now to see if I can dig up exactly where the issue
is.
