[zeromq-dev] Switched from 2.1.7 to 3.0.0alpha, XREP to XREP now communication Fails

It's a bug, that's already solved in development version. Can be solved 
by adding zmq:: in front to was_error_to_errno.

Pieter, can you please fix it in 2.1.x and 3.0?
