Hi,

after running ./autogen.sh try updating config/config.sub and
config/config.guess with

http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/config.git/plain/config.sub
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/config.git/plain/config.guess

and check for linux-android* in the configure.in.
