[zeromq-dev] [ANNOUNCE] czmq/1.0.0 is now available

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce that czmq/1.0.0 (stable) is now available. This
replaces libzapi.

The renaming will affect autobuilds (Mikko, sorry about that) and
anyone who's cloned the repository (delete/recreate your origin
remote).

Otherwise, no change in functionality.

Thanks to Mato for suggesting this name change, which is meant to
reduce confusion between the core libzmq API and this high-level C
binding.

Also, the http://www.zeromq.org/community now shows libzmq clearly
separate from the language bindings.
