[zeromq-dev] PGM subscriber assert failure

Strangely, Wireshark doesn't show any UDP packets. But when I start the
publisher, the subscriber shows

0.000000    10.0.22.1 -> 224.0.0.22   IGMP V3 Membership Report / Join group
225.0.0.1 for any sources

I'm not sure what this means. I have told my publisher to send multicast
packets to the group 225.0.0.1; why is it receiving packets on 224.0.0.22?
