FWIW, my approach with the 0MQ packaging is to be quite aggressive on
releases, so that we do see problems sooner, rather than later. We're
pulling a lot of strings together, and as the 0MQ package gets larger
and more complex, bits of the process will fail and need fixing.

So apologies in advance for the mistakes we will make.
