This is done, thanks to Mikko's hard work.

There are a few precautions I'm adding to
http://www.zeromq.org/docs:distributions.

I'm pretty happy with the outcome here, we're coming up against normal
issues with maintaining stable vs. developing versions, and solving
them one by one.

We'll do another 2.1.5 release this weekend, probably. One or two
other packaging issues to settle.
