Unfortunately it looks like the 2.1.5 release was premature, and I've
reverted the download page to point to 2.1.4.

My fault for not properly testing some changes pushed downstream from
libzmq master.

Please do *not* use the 2.1.5 package released today, the zmq_msg_t
validity checking appears to be reporting errors on valid code.
