[zeromq-dev] Moving to 0MQ/3.0, yes or no?

Hi all,

Ok, so the consensus seems to be to retain current state of master and 
discuss the whole change more extensively.

Alternatively, I can revert master back to 2.1.x version and move the 
3.0 patches to a branch. However, note that when I've created 3.0 
preview branch a month ago and publicly asked for review, I've got 
exactly ZERO replies.
