What happened to the original idea with 3.0 to have zmq_recv() and
zmq_send() use char * buffers thus avoiding any zmq_msg_t complexity for
the simple cases and users that don't need that, and keep the current
zero-copy API but use zmq_recvmsg() and zmq_sendmsg() instead?
