That page is just a placeholder. I've added a small 'Projects' list to
the community page, and removed the email RSS feed, which seems
pointless. Any suggestions you have for simplifying it, please shout.

Regarding the device loop, it seems to make sense to have this in
language bindings, so I've added it to
http://www.zeromq.org/topics:binding-abstractions

Having a separate utilities library would be fun too.
