[zeromq-dev] libzapi 1.3.1 released

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce that libzapi 1.3.1 is now available from
http://libzapi.zeromq.org.

This version is now compatible with both libzmq/2.x and libzmq/3.0.

Applications that use libzapi are thus somewhat protected from changes
in the libzmq API. It's a work in progress, there is still some
leakage of the API shifts. My intention is to emulate the libzmq/3.0
API (e.g. new/changed socket options) in libzapi to close these leaks.
