[zeromq-dev] WSAWaitForMultipleEvents versus WSAPoll

The only methods I have found to date, inside netperf and ttcp (
http://www.pcausa.com/Utilities/pcattcp.htm ) are using blocking sends and
recvs.  I can see Windows to Linux 95% saturation and 50-60% saturation
Linux to Windows.
