OK, so the transition has been done.  The 'old' site is at
http://www.zeromq.org/community, and you can go there in 1 step by
choosing "Explore the Community" from the new start page.

All the marketing speak is gone from the community page, which now
lists all bindings and wiki areas.  The idea is next to make this page
a dashboard of all the active projects.
