[zeromq-dev] VS 2010 version of the build

Joshua, Pieter,
I would say the problem here is as follows:
1. If we move to VS2010 the project may not be usable by VS2008.
2. If we stay with VS2008, it'll get deprecated one day and new people
won't be able to compile 0MQ.
So the question is not "whether" but rather "when" to move from VS2008
to VS2010.
Btw, there were some alternatives proposed, such as using premake to
generate the VS projects.
