Right. The question is whether the "help" thing should be on the newbie 
or on the community site.

However, the problem exists even today -- it's not like we are going to 
introduce it by the change. So let's do the change and think about the 
help issue afterwards.

Ack.

So let's do the zeromq.com->zeromq.org and 
zeromq.org->zeromq.org/community transition today and solve the 
remaining problems in step-by-step fashion.
