[zeromq-dev] Autoconf version requirements

Hi,
There are a large amount of systems out there running rhel5 or even rhel4.
I was able to build zeromq-2.0.9 to a rpm for rhel5 i will check what
was necessary and will provide a patch.
Not before monday.
