[zeromq-dev] Latency heat maps for PGM transport

Just testing out suitable code to generate a heat map, there may be
artifacts due to inefficient IO usage.
One test run between Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS and FreeBSD 8 at 10,000
packets-per-second, x-axis is time in seconds, y-axis is latency in
microseconds × 2.
